Collective bargaining can be a daunting task, especially when you have zero experience in the matter. Jumping into it feet first has given a lot of insight into the process but there is always room for improvement and refinement. This session is meant to be an open discussion on what has worked for our Professional Technical group but also to see what has worked well for other districts.
