Who are the frequent flyers, why are our technicians so busy, where are all of our devices? These are all questions that can be answered using Incident IQ data. Collaborate with other Incident IQ districts to discover how they use the tool, and what it does for them. We’ll share our implementation at Northshore SD and provide examples how we use the tool and more importantly the data to solve our issues. A think-tank format for the presentation will ensure others have the opportunity to share how they utilize their work order tracking system, and plenty of time for questions.
