In this soft skills session we will take a somewhat deep dive into Non-Violent Communication and how we can use the principals of NVC to break down resistance to our important initiatives.
These communication techniques will give you tools that allow you to listen for the unspoken needs that are preventing others from jumping on our bullet-trains of technological modernization.
