I have successfully negotiated and vetted hundreds of student data privacy agreements, mitigating potential risks for the benefit of school districts and EdTech providers. I am passionate about championing student data privacy and ensuring legal compliance in education.
Before joining CITE, I co-founded Ripley’s Legal Solutions, a firm that provides high-quality, accurate, remote-hybrid, and cost-effective legal document assistance. I have handled cases in family law, estate planning, medical malpractice, and personal injury. I hold certifications as a Legal Document Assistant (LDA) and a Notary Public, and I am an active member of both the California Legal Document Association (CALDA) and the National Notary Association (NNA).
